✅ Monetary and Quantitative Pensions

From now on, we have the possibility of having monetary and quantitative pensions. This means that from your organization, you will be able to adjust your pensions by adding either an amount or a duration of times. It can also be in the negative. Once this is adjusted, within each task bloc in your daily log, your workers will be able to add the appropriate pension in regards of the task he is on. This means that pensions will be automatically associated with an activity. These pensions will add time or remove it and also add or remove a monetary cost to your daily cost.

✅ Addition of Units to Equipment

Equipment units were previously based on time, but now, within the Equipment Rates page, you can set a specific rate for an individual piece of equipment or an equipment type. You will now be able to assign a rate per number of trips, per ton, per day, etc. Once this rate is set, it will automatically populate in the Daily Log when selecting this type of equipment and unit. You can still enter a number of hours in the Daily Log for this equipment if desired, this will provide productivity! The units offered in the daily log bloc will be the ones coming form the rate pages.

Note that project-specific rates will override the platform rate settings. Let’s start writing!

✅ Flexible Pay Period Date Selection

For companies that offer a flexible pay period to their employees (e.g., 1 to 15, 3 to 17), you will now have the ability to select your own dates. This can be done manually or pre-programmed within the platform settings, allowing for more customization and accuracy in payroll processing.

✅ Full-Page Daily Log View

The Daily Log will now open in full-screen mode to provide enhanced visibility of all its tabs. While this was already available on tablets, it is now extended to desktop users, improving the user experience and ease of navigation.
