We’re kicking off 2026 on the right foot with several recent improvements already rolled out in Civalgo.

Let’s start the year strong, here’s what’s new 👇

Dispatcher & projects: more clarity, fewer workarounds

Discover the latest improvements ! These updates are designed to simplify planning, reduce errors, and provide better visibility for both field teams and office staff.

Here’s what’s changed:

• Equipment codes now visible and searchable in the dispatcher

  Equipment codes are now displayed in the equipment list and included in the search.

  You can now quickly find the right equipment, no more Excel workarounds or re-importing required.

• Dispatcher filters are saved automatically

  Your filters now stay active during navigation and are saved automatically.

  This allows you to continue dispatching without losing context or constantly reapplying filters.

• Daily log list now visible from any projects

  have access to the entire list of daily logs directly from your projects to have better visibility and quicker access to data!

Logbook: even better connected to the field

We continue to improve Logbook so it becomes a true reference point for both field teams and project managers.

• Daily log descriptions now available in Logbook

  Daily log descriptions are now visible in the Info tab of Logbook.

  Have important information to share with your field teams? No more confusion, add instructions, notes, and logistical details directly in the description.

  The result? A single source of truth, accessible both on-site and in the office.

  
• Clear sync status indicators

  A sync indicator (cloud icon) shows whether the daily log or its blocks have been successfully synced to Civalgo.

  No more guessing, you immediately know if the information is up to date.

  Tap the cloud icon to get more details about the sync status:

  • 🟡 Yellow status: the block is currently being sent to Civalgo.

    Tapping the yellow status opens a popup, indicating that the synchronization is in progress.

  • 🔴 Red status: an error occurred while sending the block to Civalgo.

    In this case, the data is still stored on the user’s phone, but is not yet available in Civalgo.

    Tapping the red status opens a dialog that allows the user to retry the synchronization.

    

Once the information is successfully synced to Civalgo, the status indicator automatically disappears.

• Faster project selection with search

  A search bar has been added when filtering projects in files.

  Find the right project in seconds, even when managing a long list.

• View Civalgo blocks directly in Logbook

  Blocks from other daily logs are now visible, to prevent overlapping time entries for other projects

  This helps you easily identify and prevent scheduling conflicts.

⚠️ Scheduled maintenance notice

We would like to inform you of a scheduled maintenance planned for January 12, between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM (EST).

During this time, the Civalgo platform and the Logbook application will be temporarily unavailable.

We apologize for any inconvenience this interruption may cause and thank you for your understanding. This maintenance is intended to improve the stability and performance of our services.
