🚀 What's New This Month in Civalgo?
These new features will be available as of Tuesday, June 30.
This month, we've focused on improving resource planning, project management, forms, mapping, and time off management.
Here's what's new 👇
📝 Add notes directly in the Resource Planner
You can now add notes to a project directly on your planning.
Simply hover over a resource block to instantly view its associated note.
This is perfect for adding reminders, special instructions, or important context for your team without having to open the project.
🇪🇸 The platform now supports SPANISH
Are you or your employees more comfortable in Spanish? You can now switch your platform’s personal settings to Spanish in the top left.
📊 New Project Performance Dashboard
A brand-new Project Performance tab is now available inside every project.
Access your project's key information in one centralized view to better monitor performance, budgets, and important project metrics.
This new dashboard helps you stay on top of your projects and make informed decisions faster.
📍 A brand-new map experience
The Civalgo map has a fresh new look!
The updated map allows you to:
View suppliers in relation to your projects
See project locations alongside your teams
View project manager information
Edit projects directly from the map
You can also open the map directly using the Directions button.
To get the most out of the map, make sure your project and organization addresses are up to date.
The result? A clearer, more intuitive map that makes it easier to locate projects, suppliers, and resources.
📄 Forms just got even more powerful
We're continuing to improve Forms so they become your central tool for collecting and managing field information.
📧 Send forms directly by email
You can now send forms by email without leaving Civalgo.
It’s now even easier to share your forms with clients, subcontractors, or team members.
📈 Export up to 10,000 responses to Excel
The maximum number of exported form responses has increased from 50 to 10,000 rows.
This is a major improvement for organizations managing large volumes of data and analyzing results in Excel.
🌴 Time Off is now visible in the Employee Planner
Approved time off is now displayed directly in the Employee Planner.
You can instantly see who's available before assigning work, helping reduce scheduling conflicts and making dispatch planning even easier.

We've also included several smaller enhancements throughout the platform:
Weekly hours worked are now displayed in Logbook
Form responses can now be exported as Excel (.xlsx) files
New Files tab in the Logbook desktop view
Default company-wide Time Off approver
Support for multiple Time Off approvers
All employee occupations are now displayed in Daily Logs
Warning when an employee has no Time Off policy or approver assigned
New Last Updated column in Time Off requests
Additional sorting and filtering options in the Time Off module
Project Manager filter added to the Hub
Employee code displayed in additional sections
Project settings moved into a dedicated Edit button
Daily Log Planner now remembers your task and time type selections when switching tabs
Time Off request notes are now included in the audit log
Logbook now opens in full-page view from Civalgo
