Smarter, More Flexible Forms

We’ve improved forms with new options:

Layout

You can now organize fields in the way that best suits your needs. You have more flexibility. For example, you can add multiple fields side by side when creating a form, making your forms clearer, more structured, and easier to complete.

Edit Templates Anytime

Form templates can now be modified at any time. You can update and evolve your templates as your needs change, even if they are already in use. No need to start from scratch.

Add a Custom Prefix

You can now add a custom prefix that will appear in the generated PDF.

A simple way to ensure better consistency and clearer organization of your documents.

Stronger Branding Across All Your Documents

Your logo can now appear on forms, fillable PDFs, and work orders that require signatures. Whether documents are shared with clients, subcontractors, or partners, they now carry your brand identity clearly and consistently, reinforcing credibility and presenting a more polished image at every step of your operations. The logo can be easily added and managed directly from your platform settings by your administrators.

Navigate Faster with the Upgraded Command Palette

Need to create a project quickly or access a feature without clicking through multiple menus? Simply press Ctrl/CMD + K from anywhere in Civalgo to open the Command Palette. It’s now easier than ever to explore features and execute actions faster.

How it works:

• Press Ctrl + K to open the Command Palette

• Use the arrow keys or your mouse to navigate through commands

• Press Enter or click a command to open the corresponding page

• Try it! Press Ctrl + P to instantly create a new project

• Press Escape or click outside the window to close the palette

TPL Integration Now Live

The connection between TPL and Civalgo is now available. Bringing your estimates and budgets from TPL into Civalgo is now faster and fully streamlined.

You can transfer your TPL estimations and budgets directly into Civalgo in just a few clicks. This means you save time, reduce mistakes, and move from estimation to execution with greater efficiency and confidence.

To enable the export to Civalgo, clients must first contact TPL to validate their current version and request activation of the export option. Once confirmed, the integration can be used seamlessly within Civalgo.

If you're interested in this integration but are not currently using TPL, please reach out to your Civalgo Account Manager. They will guide you through the appropriate plan, setup process, and any upgrade options to ensure you can fully benefit from this new capability.
