✅ Recent Logbook Improvements
Over the past few weeks, Civalgo has made some great updates to the Logbook to make things clearer and easier
First, employees who have been dispatched in Civalgo can now start daily logs directly for the specific team and project they've been assigned to.
More Accurate Daily Logs: What's In It For You?
Fewer Mistakes: No more mix-ups! Their hours will always be logged to the correct team, even if they are working with a different group than usual.
See Future Plans: Users can view which team they are scheduled with in advance.
Retroactive Logs Still Available: Need to record past hours? Users can still create daily logs for previous days.

We now display the distance between the project location and the user's location when they punch in, with a warning if the distance exceeds 5 km.
This feature allows:
Accurate Time: Confirms on-site presence for precise timekeeping and cost allocation.
Boosts Accountability & Safety Compliance: Provides verifiable data for employee location during clock-ins.
Optimizes Resources: Improves real-time visibility for better project management and deployment.
✅ Resource Planner, rebuilt for more control
We’ve rebuilt the Resource Planner from the ground up, not just with a fresh new look, but with powerful new features to give you more visibility and flexibility.
Seamless Monthly Scrolling: Easily scroll from month to month without interruption. It's now much simpler to create schedules that cover many months. Gone are the days when you had to stop at the 30th, switch months, and start again from the 1st.
Flexible Scheduling: Your schedule is now separate from daily logs. This means you can update your plans even after work has started. You can also clearly see what was actually scheduled versus what was worked on but not planned.
New Project View: Group your team planner by project. This gives you a quick overview of how many teams are assigned to a single project. Bonus: You'll also see the project's planned start and end dates in the background, helping you connect your project schedule to your resources.
