✅ Work Orders - New Section & Features
We are thrilled to introduce Work Orders, a new feature that allows you to recreate the information from daily reports with associated costs, or create your own.
A dedicated Work Orders section is now available.
🔹 Work orders are also displayed within each project, making tracking easier.
🔹 Work orders can also be shared by email and digitally signed, making approvals faster and easier.
We invite all our clients to start using this feature to streamline their operations!

✅ Bulk Actions on Documents
Managing your documents is now more efficient with bulk actions!
🔹 Multi-select documents to move, copy, or delete them in bulk.
🔹 Shift Functionality: Click on the first document, hold Shift, then select another document to highlight all items in between.
🔹 Easily organize and clean up your files with a few simple clicks!

✅ Date Filters for Project Productions
A new date filter allows better targeting of production data within projects.
🔹 From the Task tab, you can now filter by clicking on the filter icon and selecting specific date sheets or filtering by a before/after date range.
🔹 These filters remain active when switching to the Resource tab, providing a clear view of production across the selected period.
🔹 Exporting data now respects the filters you’ve previously selected, ensuring precision in your reports.

✅ Chart of Resources by Date
In the Daily Log tab, discover our new chart of planned resources available under each date!
This table displays the number of projects, tasks, teams, employees, and equipment that are planned and need to be allocated.
It offers improved visibility into planned resources and those that still need to be scheduled, making it easier to allocate resources efficiently.

✅ Faster Daily Report Creation from the Resource Planner
You can now create daily reports for an entire day directly from the Resource Planner, greatly speeding up team dispatching.

✅ Drag & Drop Excel File Imports
Importing data is now even simpler!
🔹 You can now drag and drop an Excel file directly into the import section.
🔹 The system automatically detects multiple tabs in the file and helps you confirm the columns for data import.
✅ Persistent Table Settings
Your sort, filter, and column size preferences in the Project List are now saved between sessions, allowing you to maintain your preferred view without needing to adjust it every time.
