✅ Clearer communication in your daily logs

Rich text formatting is now available in both the description and comment sections of the daily log!

You can now add bold, italics, headers, ✅ checkboxes, 📎 file attachments, links, and more — to document your workday in a clear and structured way.

This formatting option will soon be extended to other areas of the platform — stay tuned!

✅ Multiple team leaders per team and daily log

You can now assign multiple team leaders to a single team and daily log — giving you more flexibility in how responsibilities are shared on the ground.

When creating a daily log, the list of team leaders is still filled in automatically, but you can edit it at any time directly in the log.

🔐 Each team leader assigned will have access to the log, as per their current permission settings.

To make things even clearer, we’ve removed the “Scheduler” field, which was often confusing and didn’t add much value. Now, everything is handled through the team leader list — making setup more straightforward and intuitive.

✅ Overtime in employee cost tracking

You can now define rates for overtime, double time, and triple time in the Resource Rates page.

These rates are now available in the Cost tab of the daily log, where you can apply them manually when needed.

The result? Greater control and accuracy in your cost tracking — right at the point of entry.

By default, regular rates are still applied automatically based on your configured priorities, but this new flexibility gives you more precision when overtime applies.

Automatic application of these rates is planned for a future update.
