QuickStart - Welcome to Civalgo Docs

Discover the simplicity and efficiency of Civalgo for managing your construction projects. This page guides you step-by-step to begin using the platform effectively.

1. Access the Platform

Log in via: https://app.civalgo.com

If you do not have an account yet, contact your administrator or follow the invitation procedure from the organization space.

2. Navigation and Initial Settings

  • Top bar: Change the language, view notifications, or access the help center anytime.

  • General Settings: Access user management, holidays, report audit logs, Zapier integration, and platform customization options.


3. Discover Key Sections

  • Operations: Plan and manage your projects, teams, and resources effectively. Gain a consolidated overview of your daily logs.

  • Management: Oversee every project (tasks, budgets, documents, progress, etc.). Add new documents or plans, and manage your teams and work orders with just a few clicks..

  • Observation: Analyze your data and create tracking tables. Manage payroll rules, monitor labor/equipment times, and export your data for payroll.

  • Configuration: Easily customize the platform with specific sections for projects/reports, centralized management of organizations, employees, equipment, and materials.


4. Essential First Steps

  • Create a Project: Go to the “Projects” tab, click on “New Project”, fill in the required fields (code, name, manager, client, etc.), and confirm. For time-saving, you can also import your projects via CSV.

  • Add Resources: Navigate to "Employees", "Materials", or "Equipment" to expand your database and better plan your projects.

  • Plan a Resource: From the resources planner and the daily log view, assign tasks and resources in just a few moments.

  • Enter a Daily Logs: Click on "Daily logs," fill out the interactive form, and attach your notes or photos. You can export the reports as needed.


5. Personalization and Import Customize the platform to fit your methods: define your custom fields, set resource rates, adjust task properties, and modify the structure to suit your projects.
